We operate on a project-only basis that brings economies of scale to our clients.

We don’t sell one single Chair or one piece of fabric. We only work on a per-project basis to get all required FF&E products ( Furniture, Fabrics, Flooring, Lighting, or Acoustics ) products into a container, negotiate economies of scale for the client from our suppliers and deliver accordingly within the agreed timelines.

We do not hold stock, therefore removing rent and storage costs from the cost of our final products.

As mentioned above, we work only on a project basis, sourcing only the required products for the exact project thus ensuring economies of scale and savings by eliminating the rent and storage costs of products from the final landed cost that the client pays.

The client only pays for the product's cost plus delivery, we take care of everything else and ensure savings and variety of choice as compared to local sourcing.

We have a transparent costing system that allows the client to see exactly what they are paying for

Our pricing model is open and transparent to the client. Due to our relationships with the suppliers, we can be able to negotiate and get trade-off discounts on products and we pass all of the discounts onto the client to enjoy savings and value for their money.

Our cost only comes as a procurement fee percentage of the final landed cost of the products.

If you have a project and you were preparing for some sourcing trips to China, Turkey, or Malaysia to source for Furniture, Flooring, or Fabrics, no need to worry. 

We provide a turnkey procurement process, take care of those factory sourcing trips, samples, and even inspections before the goods are loaded into a container.


We work with a qualified team of local engineers and contractors to take care of the technical installations and fittings

We ensure that the products reach the client premises safely, in time, and good condition. We then engage our certified local team to do the technical fittings and installations of the products to fit the design intent of the client.
